One of the questions I hear most often is, "I have synced my calendar to my iPad (or iPhone) but events that I add on the iPad are not appearing on my web-based account." This problem most often happens when the user has added more than one e-mail account to their iPad. To ensure that your calendar is syncing from iPad to web and web to iPad follow these steps:
- Go to Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars
- Under Mail ensure that the Default Account is set to your Google Apps Account. As shown in the example below.
